Our Team

James White is the founder of the JSW Law Group.  While Mr. White is experienced in all aspects of litigation, he devotes a substantial amount of his practice to real estate, wills & trusts, and criminal law/municipal court matters.

Prior to founding the JSW Law Group, Mr. White worked as an attorney for the state legislature of New Jersey and was the Deputy Chief of Staff for the ranking member of the Appropriations Committee and Financial Institutions & Insurance Committee. During his time in the legislature, he spearheaded the drafting and passage of S414, known as the Safer Schools Act, a strong bipartisan reform hailed as the gold standard for protecting students from sexual abusers in the classroom.

Mr. White is a graduate of The Pingry School, earned a B.A. in political science from The College of the Holy Cross and his J.D. from Rutgers Law School.
